I’ve spent over 15 years building global communities and leading marketing for AI-powered products at companies like Dropbox and Intuit QuickBooks. My career has always been about connecting people in meaningful ways, turning shared challenges into collective progress.

When I transitioned into leading AI marketing initiatives, I realized something was missing. I didn’t have a community of my own. The conversations I needed, about positioning complex AI capabilities, guiding teams through change, and staying ahead in a rapidly evolving landscape, weren’t happening in the spaces I was in.

What I wanted was a place to connect with others navigating the same questions. A trusted environment where we could think out loud, learn from one another, and shape what’s next, together.

That’s what led me to start The AIM Collective.

The AIM Collective was born from a clear and growing need among senior marketing leaders driving AI transformation.

In early conversations with peers across AI-native and AI-forward companies, one truth stood out: leaders weren’t just looking for another network. They were trying to future-proof their leadership and careers.

They wanted high-trust spaces for open, strategic exchange. Curated formats that respected their time and expertise. And they wanted to be part of something they could shape from the ground up, a collective that wasn’t reacting to change but defining it.

The AIM Collective is that space. A global, deliberately intimate community rooted in San Francisco and Sydney. It brings together pioneers in AI marketing to explore what leadership looks like in this new era, and to co-create the skills, strategies, and frameworks we need now for the future.

We’re not here to chase trends. We’re here to build what’s missing. To turn insight into action. And to create a shared point of view on the future of marketing, led by the people shaping it.
